1. Who we are

Vicreon ("Vicreon," "we," "us") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vicreon website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vicreon account. Vicreon does not offer a parental-consent flow, and self-signup by anyone under 18 is not permitted or supported.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service, or present a security risk to Vicreon or other users.

4. What the Service does

Vicreon helps you plan, generate, and publish short-form video content using a combination of first-party logic and third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Depending on your settings and plan, generation may involve large language models for scene and script planning, AI video and voice generation providers, stock footage search, and social-platform publishing integrations. See our Privacy Policy for the specific third-party processors involved and what data each one receives.

Vicreon's AutoPilot feature can generate and, if you enable auto-publish, publish video content on a schedule with limited or no per-video human review. You are responsible for reviewing AutoPilot's configuration and output and for any content it publishes to your connected accounts.

5. Your content and license to us

You retain ownership of the prompts, uploaded assets (logos, reference clips, voice samples), and the video, audio, and image content Vicreon generates for you ("Your Content"). You grant Vicreon a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the Service (including sending relevant portions to the third-party processors described in our Privacy Policy) and to publish it to the destinations you configure.

Separately from Your Content itself, Vicreon collects and may use decision and outcome metadata generated while operating the Service on your behalf — for example, which provider was selected for a generation and why, engagement and approval/rejection/edit signals, and similar operational data about how the product made decisions. We may use this metadata, including in aggregated or de-identified form, to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including improving the automated decisions the Service makes. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use Your Content (the raw generated video, audio, or image files themselves) to train models for third parties or competing products. 6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or intended to harass, defame, or deceive; to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or account restrictions; to attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data; or to generate content sexualizing minors, which is prohibited under all circumstances and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

7. Credits, billing, and refunds

Paid plans and generation activity are billed in credits, processed via Stripe. Free-tier accounts receive a monthly free credit allowance; this is a usage allowance, not a video-count guarantee, and unused credits do not carry over unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. 8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with notice where practical. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, and 11) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI- generated content may contain errors or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, especially when using AutoPilot's auto-publish setting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vicreon's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders (e.g. by email). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
